Intelligent drug delivery system improves the "toxicity-effect" transformation of the active ingredients of TCM
Intelligent drug delivery system is a kind of using external stimuli or endogenous signal to achieve drug or gene in the body accurate, controllable and efficient delivery technology, it can according to the nature of the drug, the characteristics of the target tissue, the change of pathological state factors, design different response mechanism and release mode, in order to achieve the timing, quantitative, orientation and positioning of drug delivery. This intelligent delivery system based on mesoporous silica nanoparticles can deliver the active Chinese medicine and docetaxel, the active western medicine, to overcome the multidrug resistance of tumors. This system uses pH-sensitive polymer as a gating mechanism to achieve controlled release in the tumor microenvironment while enhancing the synergy between resveratrol and docetaxel.
An intelligent delivery system based on the nanogel modified with reduction-sensitive hyaluronic acid can deliver the TCM active ingredient berberin and the western medicine active ingredient doxorubicin to enhance the anti-tumor effect. This system used hyaluronan receptor-mediated targeting to achieve efficient phagocytosis in tumor cells, while the rapid release in cells by breaking the reduction-sensitive bonding, and the synergistic effect between berberine and doxorubicin was used to enhance the anti-tumor effect.
