Accurately positioned micro and nano drugs are a new type of drug that uses micro or nano technology to wrap or couple drugs on the micro and nano scale carrier, and realizes the precise release and action of drugs at the lesions through specific stimulation factors (such as light, temperature, pH, etc.) or targeted ligands (such as antibodies, peptides, etc.). A temperature-responsive micro-nano drug based on temperature-sensitive polymer and ferrite nanoparticles can release chemotherapeutic drugs and produce magnetic thermal effect under the heating of alternating magnetic field, thus achieving double killing of tumor cells. The micro-nanodrug had highly efficient drug loading rate, temperature responsiveness, biodegradability and cytotoxicity, and demonstrated its superior magneto-chemotherapeutic efficacy in vitro and in vivo.
