Application in multimodal drug delivery imaging of multimodal mxene-based nanoenzymes
Nanoenzyme (Nanozyme) prepared from mxene material based on 2 D titanium-based carbide (Ti3C2Tx) can achieve efficient catalysis of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) in the tumor microenvironment to produce highly reactive oxygen species (ROS), thus inducing tumor cell apoptosis. This nanoenzyme has peroxidase-like and superoxide dismutase-like activity, which can release Ti3C2Tx nanosheets at low pH and high GSH levels in the tumor microenvironment, catalyze H2O2 to generate ROS and elimination of ROS, thus realizing precise regulation of ROS levels and avoiding damage to normal tissues. At the same time, this nano-enzyme also has photothermal effect and photoacoustic effect, which can realize multi-modal imaging (photothermal imaging and photoacoustic imaging) and photothermal treatment, and improve the effect and accuracy of tumor treatment. Nanoenzyme (Nanozyme) based on two-dimensional molybdenum-based carbide (Mo2CTx) is used to efficiently catalyze glutathione (GSH) in the tumor microenvironment to produce highly reactive oxygen species (ROS), thus inducing tumor cell apoptosis. This nanoenzyme has glutathione peroxidase-like and peroxidase-like activities, which can release Mo2CTx nanosheets at high GSH levels in the tumor microenvironment, catalyze GSH to generate ROS and eliminate ROS, thus achieving precise regulation of ROS levels and avoiding damage to normal tissues. At the same time, this nano-enzyme also has photothermal effect and magnetic resonance effect, which can realize multi-modal imaging (photothermal imaging and magnetic resonance imaging) and photothermal treatment, and improve the effect and accuracy of tumor treatment.
