Antigenic self-nano vaccine
Antigenic self-nano vaccine
Antigen self-nano vaccine is a vaccine that uses nanotechnology to wrap antigen in nanoparticles, thus improving the stability, immunogenicity and targeting of antigen. The vaccine can be used to prevent or treat a variety of infectious diseases and tumors.
Case of antigen-nanonanovaccine:
Tumor nano vaccine: a smart tumor nano-vaccine (TNV), the nano vaccine can drainage to the lymph nodes and effective accumulation, by antigen presentation cells intake, in response to the acidic environment in the endosomal and cathepsin, release free Toll receptor agonist, to activate the Toll on the endosomal membrane receptor 7 / 8, induce strong anti-tumor immune response, and reduce the effect of drug systemic distribution of side effects.
MRNA vaccine: An mRNA vaccine is a vaccine that uses synthetic mRNA molecules to guide cells to generate antigens that stimulate the immune response. The mRNA molecules need to enter the cells through special delivery carriers, such as lipid nanoparticles (LNP), polymer nanoparticles, etc. At present, mRNA technology has been a great success in the development of the new coronavirus vaccine, such as the new coronavirus mRNA vaccine developed by Pfizer / BioNTech and Moderna has been authorized by several regulatory agencies. Moreover, mRNA technology has also been used to develop vaccines for other infectious diseases and tumors.
