Magnetic resonance-guided photothermal-photodynamic nano-diagnosis and therapy
Magnetic resonance-guided photothermal-photodynamic nano-diagnosis and therapy is a new strategy to realize multimodal imaging and synergistic therapy of tumors by utilizing the magnetic, photothermal and photosensitive properties of nanomaterials. This strategy can combine technologies such as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and photoacoustic imaging (PAI) to improve the diagnostic accuracy and therapeutic effect of tumors while reducing toxic side effects and drug resistance.
Based on the "unlocking" of the tumor microenvironment, Ag2S@Fe2C-DSPE-PEG-iRGD, a multifunctional magnetic nano-diagnosis and treatment probe with nanoenzyme activity, realizes photodynamic imaging of breast cancer under the guidance of near-infrared two-region fluorescence imaging and magnetic resonance imaging- Photothermal therapy.
