RF thermoresponsive nanovascular embolic agents
The design of radiofrequency thermal responsive nanovascular embolization agent and the enhancement of comprehensive interventional therapy of liver cancer is a new strategy to realize the effective treatment of liver cancer by using radiofrequency thermal responsive nanoparticles as vascular embolization agent to deliver them to liver cancer sites, and then by radiofrequency heating. RF thermoresponsive nanoparticles are temperature-sensitive nanoparticles that can undergo volume changes, morphological changes or phase changes under RF heating, thereby changing their physical or chemical properties and enabling embolization of blood vessels or release of drugs. This method can make use of the high selectivity, high efficiency and controllability of RF thermal responsive nanoparticles to realize comprehensive interventional therapy for liver cancer, such as embolic therapy, chemical therapy, photodynamic therapy, and photothermal therapy, etc.
