【产品介绍】本试剂盒快速、简便、着色清晰，主要用于显示各种组织正常成分及病变的一般形态结构，是生物学、组织学、病理学及细胞学等学科必不可少的基本常规染色方法。在病理诊断、教学与科研中广泛应用，具有重要价值。
【染色原理】细胞中的细胞核是由酸性物质组成，它与碱性染料的亲和力较强，而细胞浆则相反，含有碱性物质因而与酸性染料的亲和力较大。因此，组织切片或细胞涂片经HE染色后，细胞核被染成自紫蓝色，细胞浆、肌纤维、胶元纤维等染成不同程度的红色，红细胞则呈橙红色。
【产品优点】建成快速苏木素-伊红染液（HE）染液主要用于各种组织片、精子、培养细胞、脱落细胞的染色。又可和免疫荧光及免疫组化染色配合使用。简便快速，染液内不含汞、甲醇等有毒试剂，不易产生沉淀和氧化膜。
