50 micron flexible PI interdigital electrode large size biogas humidity sensor
1. Electrode base material: polyimide (PI), thickness 13um, with PET supporting substrate, dimensions 20mm*10mm.
2. The line width is 100um, the line spacing is 50um, and the finger length is 6.3mm. Interdigital pairs: 25 pairs (50 fingers).
3. The metal layer structure Cu/Ni/Au, the thickness is 12um, 3um, 1um respectively. 4. Electrode operating temperature range: -50¡æ¡«150¡æ.
